For further advice, please attend one of our monthly asylum legal meetings, where volunteer solicitors will be giving general advice about the asylum process and where you can meet other LGBT asylum seekers as well as speak to our members of staff in person.

PARTNERSHIP IMMIGRATION

The Partnership section of the website has a wealth of information about immigration for unmarried partners and civil partners.  Please study this carefully before you do anything else.  If you still seem to have an unanswered question, your next step should be to visit the Forum. 

The Forum has a very effective search facility and there is a high likelihood that your question will have previously been raised by someone else. Many people think that their situation is unique, but find in the Forum that very similar scenarios have been encountered before.  If a search does not provide the information you need, please post your question and our experienced volunteers will respond in straightforward cases.  Questions requiring specialist legal input will be referred to a rota of expert solicitors who will respond as and when needed.
